Matthew Britt is entering his first year at Loganville Christian Academy as the Head Varsity Baseball Coach, Assistant Varsity Football Coach, and the Athletic Facility Manager.
Prior to joining LCA, Britt established a winning background in the GIAA (GISA) landscape as he led three different GIAA (GISA) baseball programs to the state championship series including Piedmont Academy, Flint River Academy, and Windsor Academy.
The 2021 season was special for Britt where he took the Piedmont Academy baseball team to a State Championship and was also named the 2021 GISA AA Baseball Head Coach of the Year. Prior to clinching the State Championship with Piedmont Academy, he had two State Championship game appearances with both Flint River Academy and Windsor Academy. Matthew's coaching capabilities extend beyond the baseball diamond as he served as the Windsor Academy Head Football Coach, defensive coordinator at Piedmont and Flint River Academy, and an assistant football coach at George Walton Academy.
Britt served also served as a varsity assistant baseball coach at his alma mater, George Walton Academy, where he won the State Championship as a high school junior.
After graduation, Britt went on to play collegiate baseball at North Greenville University.
Loganville Christian Academy is excited to have Matthew Britt as a coach and a staff member for the 2024-2025 school year.
