Nikki Murphy is joining the Loganville Christian Academy for the first year as the Varsity Track and Field Head Coach. Nikki comes with several years of coaching experience as well as experience playing, officiating, and teaching.
Coach Murphy is a former student athlete participating in five years of track and field (sprinter and jumper) as well as five years of playing basketball.
Nikki is a volleyball official for the AHSAA and was a Women's Track and Field liaison with Auburn University Athletics for almost two years. She spent 12 years coaching track and field at Woodward Academy in College Park, Georgia, one year coaching youth basketball at Grayson United Methodist in Grayson, Georgia, and one year coaching middle school volleyball at LCA.
She can often be found on the field cheering on her husband (Nathan) who coaches the Loganville Christian Academy Varsity Football team, her son (Caleb) who plays multiple sports, or her daughter (Brooke) who plays softball. When she is not at the field, Nikki enjoys teaching as a college professor and spending time with her family cheering on the Crimson Tide.
