2024-2025 will begin Mark Dosset's 17th year at Loganville Christian Academy and with it comes over 20 years of coaching experience. Over the years Mark has coached several seasons of softball, basketball, and volleyball.
He coached the LCA Girls Varsity Basketball team for seven seasons where they were the runner-up in the state championship twice, made six appearances in the sweet sixteen, region champs in 2013, and led two athletes to play at the next level. Mark also spent time coaching the LCA Boys Varsity Basketball team where six of his players went on to receive offers to play collegiate basketball.
In 2009 Dossett led the LCA Varsity Softball team to a state championship victory and won the softball state coach of the year.
In 2001 Mark's focus shifted to volleyball which led to multiple accolades and an impressive career winning record of 269-142. Mark Dossett is a two time GIAA Coach of the Year. He led the LCA Varsity Volleyball team to back to back state championships and back to back region champions in 2022 and 2023. He has seven final four volleyball appearances, five region volleyball championships, and coached eight players who went on to be collegiate volleyball athletes.
When he is not coaching Mark enjoys spending time with his wife (Elisa), son (Seth), and daughter (Britney). He is a Kentucky basketball fan and spends his off seasons cheering on the Wildcats.
