Paxton Yancey is an alumni and former student athlete of Loganville Christian Academy. She ran cross country from the 8th grade through her senior year at LCA where she received several accolades, including the MVP award and a 2nd place finish at the Walton County Meet her sophomore year. Paxton also placed first in the Inaugural LCA Lions Invitational Meet.
Coach Yancey played Varsity Girls Soccer at LCA, leading the team as captain for three years and earning 2nd Team All-Region. She extended her soccer career at Toccoa Falls College making All-Region as a Freshman.
Paxton will be joining us as the LCA Varsity Girls Soccer Assistant Coach and Head Cross Country Coach this season. Paxton has spent time over the years coaching summer camps and molding young athletes. She knows first-hand the transformative power of a great coach, and she cannot wait to make a difference for our LCA Lions.
